Delete your account
You can delete your HealthUpp account and all your data at any time.
In the app
Open HealthUpp, go to the Profile tab and choose Delete Account. Confirm twice.
Your account and all your data — workouts, measurements, health data, chat messages and posts — are permanently deleted. Deletion begins immediately and completes within a few minutes. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Contact your gym and their administrator can delete your account for you. You can also write to coen@fiid.io.
What is deleted
Data stored in Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your device. You can remove it through those apps.

- Workouts, sets and your training programmes
- Measurements and health data
- Chats, posts, comments and images you uploaded
