Terms of Service

The service

HealthUpp is a training app you access through your gym or coach. Your gym is responsible for the coaching content and the training programmes shared with you.

Your account and minimum age

You must be at least 16 to use the service. If a member is under 16, the gym is responsible for obtaining guardian consent before the account is created.

Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, publish offensive content or content that infringes others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Not a healthcare service

HealthUpp is a training tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or diagnoses. Consult a healthcare professional before starting training or if you have health concerns.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app of material changes. These terms are governed by Finnish law.
